Minimum wage consultation starts as Jobs become vacant on sub-tropical Island of St Helena.

The minimum wage consultation begins this week on St Helena as more Jobs are advertised for the Sub-tropical Island of St Helena.

Ann Muir a consultant leading the two week consultation will be meeting with employers an employees to discuss a way forward for a minimum wage decision, whilst this is happening on Island more Jobs are advertised for positions at the Islands hospital on a jobs website.

The following vacancies are up for grabs:

A senior staff nurse paying £20K per year.

A senior ward sister paying  £26k

These Jobs have recently been advertised here 

A local source has commented that none of these jobs have been seen advertised locally on the Island.
