Five students from St Helena head to universities in the UK

After recent successful results of St Helenian students studying at UK universities five more students all of whom have studied at The Prince Andrew school will leave St Helena and head to the UK to continue studying.

Rebecca Lawrence of Half tree Hollow will study for a veterinary medicine and a surgery degree at the university of Nottingham, Rebecca has been awarded a five year scholarship under the Commonwealth scholarship awards.

Leonie Ellick also of Half Tree Hollow will study  business management at Bath Spa university.

Neil Francis of Sapper way will undertake economics and a finance degree with the university of Brighton.

Zedella Young who also originates from Half tree Hollow will study human geography and journalism/media with the university of Hertfordshire.

Jamie Peters will undertake motor vehicle engineering auto body and paint refinishing training with barn field college in Bedfordshire.
