In a press release today St Helena and Ascension Island Government announced that 10 more seats will be allocated to members of the public on the Air bridge flight from RAF Brize Norton to Ascension Island.
The Air bridge flight departs Brize Norton every five days for Ascension and the Falkland Islands.
Passengers who would like to connect with the sailing of the RMS St Helena uses this route to get to St Helena in shorter time period.
At present only 10 seats are allocated to the public but from 1st January 2013 a total of 20 seats will become available and can be booked via the Ascension Island flight website.
